Scaling engineering from 8 to 70+ and building the product organisation at Linktree during its hypergrowth years.
I joined Linktree as Chief Technology Officer during a pivotal growth phase, scaling the engineering organization from 8 to over 70 engineers while establishing the company's first dedicated Product Management function. In this role, I led the transition from an engineering-led to product-led organization, implementing comprehensive agile practices and processes that supported the company through hypergrowth.
Following our successful Series B+ funding round, I transitioned to Head of Product, where I pioneered Linktree's expansion into adjacent product verticals. I built new business units from the ground up to manage a portfolio of horizontal products, successfully delivered multiple MVP-stage innovations, and took ownership of launching Linktree's first mobile application for iOS.
My tenure at Linktree spanned the company's transformation from startup to scale-up, where I was instrumental in establishing the organizational foundations and product strategy that enabled sustainable growth in the emerging "link-in-bio" category that Linktree created.
